Emily McAllan from Black Wool Holiday based here in Adelaide, is the show video Editor. Emily has produced, filmed and edited numerous commercial and independent projects. She came onto the team in 2015 to edit Season 1 and joins us again in 2016 as video editor for Season 2. She's been a fantastic addition to the Alternative Chef Kitchen creative team.
Lisa Valuyskaya the Idea Stylist (located all the way over in Italy), is the designer of our book The Alternative Kitchen: A beginners guide to cooking without dairy, soy, gluten, egg or meat. She's multi-talented and has an impressive list of design credentials having designed many well-known ebooks including the I Quit Sugar ebooks, and more. We've had so many comments from readers about how much they love the easy to read design and layout of the book and that's all thanks to Lisa.


Adriana Calcagno from Vero Designs is our local Adelaide-based designer with world class skills helping us to design our posters, banners, postcards, business cards, ecourse workbooks and worksheets and the beautifully designed social media images you'll see more of this year. She's also the designer of our second ebook Tasty Alternatives: Delicious sweet & savoury recipes without dairy, soy, gluten, egg or meat. She's a valued member of the creative team.
Emma Hannan from Lifes Light Photgraphy located here in Adelaide is the photographer for our book The Alternative Kitchen: A beginners guide to cooking without dairy, soy, gluten, egg or meat and also our professional promotional photos from Season 1. We absolutely love her work and hope to bring her on board again later in 2016.


Marissa Milne built our website while completing PhD studies in computing here in Adelaide, and having a baby!
Her father Brenton Milne has also been a great technology (& emotional support!) over the last few years.
