How does it all work?
When you purchase one of our eBooks you are purchasing a PDF file. For eBook bundles you will receive a ZIP file containing your PDF files. Once your payment has been finalised you will receive an automated email with a download link to your item. Click the link in your email to proceed to the download page.

I haven't received the email containing my download link
First of all, check your spam or junk email folder. If it's still not there, just contact us and we'll send you the download link ourselves! To prevent this happening in future, please add email@example.com to your email address book.
I've exceeded the number of times I can access my download link but I don't have my eBook yet
First, check to see if it is in your downloads folder. Here are some links to help you:

How do I open my eBook bundle? What do I do with a ZIP file?
When you purchase an eBook bundle you'll receive a ZIP file containing the eBook PDF files. Before you can read your eBooks, you'll need to extract the files. The links below explain how to unzip them:

You could try downloading the PDF onto your PC first and reading it there, or transferring it yourself onto your mobile device.
