The Milk Alternatives Episode is the second episode to air in the Pilot Season.
This episode includes two bonus recipes: Glenys demonstrates how to make your own vanilla paste and almond meal so you don’t waste the almond pulp from the nut milk.
Lisa also demonstrates how to add extra calcium to the milk alternatives. 

In this episode:

  • Anne: demonstrates how to make homemade oat milk (oat milk is not suitable for people with gluten intolerances)
  • Lisa: demonstrates how to make a creamy homemade rice milk.
  • Hayley: demonstrates how to make two different versions of a raw coconut milk. One uses a fresh young Thai coconut and the other uses dessicated coconut with coconut water. 
  • Glenys: demonstrates how to make an organic almond nut milk.
